Are you Spoked to Ride for a Great Cause?

Take part in our unique fundraising event that provides education and opportunities to young kids.

This summer, set in the picturesque Snoqualmie Valley, you can take part in a family bike ride that will help change lives. Spoked to Ride is a unique cycling event for nearly all riding ages where people can register for an afternoon of fun, sun and cycling in order to raise money for the educational needs of children in Africa. (Keep scrolling for more details.)

Since this is a family fun event, you have a third option to register a non-rider to come and simply enjoy the food and festivities after the ride is over. That way, everyone can come join the fun even if they don’t want to participate in the morning ride. Please note, kids 12 and under ride, play and eat for free!

What we’re gonna do

First, we’re going to send you on a 12-mile scenic morning ride on Carnation country roads. Rest at our halfway pit stop with snacks and hydration. When you return from the ride, you’ll be greeted by delicious complimentary barbecue in the park. We’ll even have adult beverages on tap. Enjoy the lawn games, the playground, and a “Kid Zone” complete with bounce house, climbing wall, face painter, glitter tattooist and balloon artist. Or, just sit back, relax and enjoy the music in the park. At some point, visit the raffle table and see what great prizes you can win.

How we’re gonna do it

With the help of sponsorships, donations and your rider registration, we’re able to host a memorable and fun experience locally while providing opportunities to children abroad. We’ve partnered with two hard-working organizations in separate African nations that need our help to keep kids in school and give them the proper learning tools and environment. Our hope is that we can empower this generation to lead the next, and so on.

Due to successful Spoked to Ride events in 2017 & 2018:

  • Construction has begun on a school for children in a remote part of DR Congo.
  • Orphans in Congo will receive education and skills training.
  • A concrete floor was poured in a Ugandan schoolhouse where the kids once sat in the dirt.
  • Desks were delivered to the school in Uganda.
  • Kids in Africa are getting the opportunity to break their cycle of poverty.

We're Proudly Sponsored by

  • Spoked to Ride was an awesome event and for a great cause. I had family from out of town fly in to make it an event for all of us to do together. They had a blast with the ride, music and food. We are looking forward to do it again next year!

  • Beautiful weather and a fun ride.  Can’t ask for a better place to end up after the ride.  Great food, cold drinks and a live band!  Sign me up for 2017!
