Funky Dunk isn’t just a polar plunge, it’s a party! To entice you into a chilly lake this winter we promise:

  • Delicious, Hot Food
  • Beer and Other Bevies
  • Costume Contest with Prizes
  • Cool Event Swag
  • Great Music

It’s all included in your registration! We’ll also have lots of heat sources post-dunk so you’ll be warm and happy for the duration of the event.

Funky Dunk is held at Radar Lake, a pristine, private lake in Woodinville. This lake is highly sought after by water sports enthusiasts, and is open by invitation only, making it an exclusive destination.

Finally, the party takes place on Leap Day, and we can’t think of anything better to commemorate this rare occasion than leaping into frigid waters for a great cause. But whether you leap, dunk, dive, plunge or tip toe in, we just hope you’ll join us for the fun this February 29th!

INTRODUCING OUR BENEFICIARY: ART WITH HEART

In the United States alone, 35 million kids experience some form of trauma before age 18. For over 20 years, Art With Heart has been providing creative expression tools, resources, and support to kids and communities in need of healing. Through their therapeutic activity books, they give children ages 5-18, an opportunity to identify and explore complex emotions, allowing them to feel understood in a way they cannot express with words.

THE IMPACT YOU MAKE

Art With Heart needs to expand their digital learning platform to achieve their goal of reaching 3.5 million kids over the next 10 years. Our event, with your help, will raise money for this specific need.

After braving the icy waters of Radar Lake, we hope it warms your heart to know a child who’s experienced trauma and loss will get access to creative therapies and resources that help them heal. The shock of the frigid cold will linger for a moment, but the impact you make for that child will last a lifetime.

  • Spoked to Ride was an awesome event and for a great cause. I had family from out of town fly in to make it an event for all of us to do together. They had a blast with the ride, music and food. We are looking forward to do it again next year!

  • Beautiful weather and a fun ride.  Can’t ask for a better place to end up after the ride.  Great food, cold drinks and a live band!  Sign me up for 2017!
